Ingredients

Scale

Jello Layers

  • 2 packages (3 oz each) raspberry-flavored Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water

Pudding Layer

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

Topping

  • 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make the Jello Layers: In a large bowl, dissolve one package of raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and stir well. Pour about 1/4 layer into each serving cup and refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
  2. Prepare the Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes to fully set.
  3. Layer the Pudding: Once the Jello is firm, spoon a layer of vanilla pudding over it to fill the cups halfway. Smooth the surface gently with a spoon.
  4. Add the Second Jello Layer: Prepare the second package of raspberry Jello the same way as the first. Let it cool slightly before carefully pouring over the pudding layer until cups are about 3/4 full. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes until set.
  5. Top with Whipped Cream: After all layers have fully set, top each cup with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Decorate with fresh raspberries and optional mint leaves for a colorful and fresh finish. Serve chilled and enjoy!
