  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper evenly. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook each chicken breast until they turn golden brown and are cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove cooked chicken and set aside.
  2. Make Sauce: Using the same skillet, add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  3. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Slice the cooked chicken into strips, return them to the skillet with the sauce, and toss until all pieces are well coated.
  4. Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni pasta and cook until al dente, about 7-8 minutes depending on package instructions. Drain and set aside.
