Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or brush with oil to prevent sticking, then set aside.
  2. Fill Each Tortilla: Lay out each small tortilla flat and spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over it. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and top with 4 slices of pepperoni.
  3. Roll Up Tortillas: Tightly roll up each filled tortilla to enclose the ingredients securely.
  4. Arrange and Oil: Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the prepared baking pan, arranging them close together but not touching. Brush the tops of the rolled tortillas with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to help them brown.
