Ingredients

Scale

Seasoning Mixture

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian herb mix

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits

Assembly and Topping

  • 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz)
  • 1 package mini pepperoni slices (about 3 oz)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (such as Rao’s Homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Bundt Pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan to prevent sticking and help with easy removal after baking.
  2. Create the Olive Oil Mixture: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, dried onion flakes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the butter is fully melted and all ingredients are well blended to infuse flavor.
  3. Prepare the Dough and Pan Filling: Cut each biscuit into quarters and slice the pizza dough into approximately 1½-inch pieces. Evenly scatter one-third of the mini pepperoni slices and one-third of the grated Parmesan cheese in the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan to create the first flavorful layer.
  4. Assemble the Bread Layers: Toss the cut biscuit and pizza dough pieces in the seasoned olive oil mixture until fully coated. Place half of these coated pieces into the Bundt pan over the pepperoni and Parmesan layer. Sprinkle half of the remaining pepperoni and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough layer. Drizzle 1/4 cup of marinara sauce evenly on top, then cover with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Complete the Assembly: Add the remaining coated biscuit and pizza dough pieces over the first assembled layer. Top with the remaining marinara sauce, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese, ensuring full and even coverage for maximum flavor throughout.
  6. Bake and Serve: Place the Bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before carefully removing it. Serve warm, optionally with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Make sure to generously grease the Bundt pan to avoid sticking and achieve easy removal.
  • Customize the heat level by adjusting or omitting the crushed red pepper flakes according to your preference.
  • You can substitute other types of cheese or add veggies like sliced olives or bell peppers for variation.
  • Allow the bread to cool slightly before removing from the pan to keep the shape intact.
  • Serve immediately for the best pull-apart texture and warm cheese experience.
